This course is designed to support peoples with special needs of all ages. These are exciting, dynamic classes in a safe, positive, non-competitive atmosphere, with an emphasis on self-improvement. We will address the following practices in our curriculum: stances, blocks, striking and kicking, katas, falls/rolls, grappling, stretching, strengthening, breathing exercises, and partner work.
We aim to build strength, confidence, and focus! As well as learning a new skill and promoting growth.
All students receive individual attention from Head Instructor Christopher Scafone.
