Camper Code of Conduct
These rules are established for the safety and enjoyment of camp
for the participants! Please review these with your camper.
- Campers must behave appropriately.
- Campers need to show respect to the counselors and other participants.
- Campers must stay with the group at all times.
- No fighting with other campers or staff.
- Campers are not to bring money or valuables to camp or field
trips.
- No cell phones, ipods, Game Boys, etc..
- No weapons are allowed; including, but not limited to, pocket
knives.
- No glass bottles or containers are permitted.
- Participants should not attend camp if they are sick.
Recurring or severe behavior problems may lead
to suspension or dismissal from camp. The safety of and enjoyment
of all campers is our main concern.
Camp Refund Policy
As with normal policy, all camps canceled by R.A.R.A. will generate
a full refund. When participants of Camp Rocky Road , Camp Moose
Tracks, Camp Caribou , Teen Camp, Travel Camps, Sports Camps Series, and Specialty Camps
request a refund, the amount of the refund will depend on the amount
of notice given:
- When R.A.R.A. is notified at least two weeks before the start
of the camp, there will be a full refund, less a $5 processing
fee.
- When notified less than two weeks, but before the first day
of camp, there will be a 75% refund only.
- When notified after camp begins, but before the second day
of camp, there will be a 50% refund only.
- There is no refund after the second day of camp.
Pick Up and Drop Off Sites
Camp Drop Off and Pick Up for Rocky Road , Camp Moose
Tracks, Camp Caribou , Teen Camp, Travel Camp and some Specialty
Camps is at the Rochester Municipal Park Lions Shelter.
Some Specialty Camps and Sports Camps Series Drop off and Pick Up will be at Bloomer or
Borden Park . All other camp sites are listed under each camp description |
