Mom2Mom Sales
Purchase a booth for our Mom to Mom Sale! Mom to Mom Sales are a great place to sell your children's outgrown and gently used items to other moms and dads. This is a great place for new moms to find maternity wear, baby carriers, baby gear, cribs, bouncers, and much more! For seasoned moms, this sale is a great way to keep up with your growing children's clothing, toys, and furniture needs. Children quite often outgrow their clothes, toys, and equipment before it can be worn out and replacing those items can become costly. This Mom to Mom sale is a great way to save money and get the items you want for your baby and children!
Fee: $20 for a 10x10 Spot or $35 for 2 Spots
NOTE:
-RARA will rent out tables at your request, but you are welcome to bring your own. Tables are 2.5 x 6 and cost $12 each
-No refunds for no shows.
-No disassembling before closing time. All leftover items must be taken.
-Spaces are roughly 10x10 spots. Booths can be configured anyway renters want.
-Large items will go next to your booth.
-Renters provide their own change, bags, and all items must be priced.

Set Up Time: 7:30-9:30
Application Deadline: Deadline is September 1. All crafters/vendors will be contacted the first week in September to be notified if their application has been approved VIA EMAIL - further instructions will be provided at that time. Payment will also be taken at that time. Crafters/vendors are approved based on quality of items being sold, completion of application, and uniqueness of items sold (I won't approve more than one Colorstreet Vendor for example).

Pricing:
- $30 per 10x10 booth in the Fieldhouse
- Double spots are limited in the Fieldhouse and are $50 per booth
-$25 per 10x10 booth in the Wright Room
- 10x10 spots in the lobby on the way to the Fieldhouse are $50 per booth and are limited
-Electricity spots are an additional $10 and are limited
- Tables can be rented from RARA for $12 - you are welcome to bring your own (Tables are 6 foot)
Details:
- Both vendors and crafters are welcome to apply.
-Payments are accepted via credit card over the phone with a 2.5% convenience fee added or by mail via check.
-RARA will advertise the show in different ways including, but not limited to: Facebook, RARA Website, Roadside Sign, School Flyers, directly to the cities of Rochester and Rochester Hills, Craft/Vendor websites. We will also provide a flyer and a link to our Facebook event to all crafters/vendors and we ask that you share our event information, too.
-RARA will accept applications via this Google Form. If you are unable to complete the form, please call Lyndsey Ramsay and she will fill it out while on the phone with you.
-At least one photo is required with your application to show what you will be selling.
-RARA reserves the right to place exhibitors in spaces at the show in their own discretion. Not all requests can be granted.
-If there are any questions about your application, a RARA representative will contact you.
-No refunds within 30 days of the event (unless the event is cancelled by RARA for any reason) and no refunds for no shows
