Non-Resident Participation

All services will have a non-resident fee for any activity offered by the Rochester Avon Recreation Authority.  The fee will be structured as follows:
  • For services with a fee less than $100, non-residents will be charged an additional 20% on top of the resident fee.
  • For services with a fee $100 or greater, non-residents will be charged a flat fee of $20.
For purposes of this policy, Residents of the Rochester Avon Recreation Authority are defined as:
  • citizens of Rochester and Rochester Hills who pay for the Rochester Avon Recreation Authority millage.
