Start Smart Move and Play
Ready, set, go! Our Start Smart Move and Play program is designed for the tiny tots aged 2-3 years. Held in the comfortable confines of the Wright Room, these classes focus on the most fundamental movement and coordination skills. Using playful activities, your little ones will enhance their motor skills and have a great time in the process.
Start Smart MultiSport
Looking to expose your child to a variety of sports? The Start Smart MultiSport program is the way to go. Catering to children aged 3-5 years, these sessions cover multiple sports, building a foundation of basic skills. Our goal is to ignite a passion for athletics, teach teamwork, and instill a sense of fair play.
We've planned a full line-up of these programs this fall, with schedules tailored to fit your convenience. And remember, it's not just about learning the sports - it's about having fun, developing confidence, and fostering a lifelong love for staying active. So, gear up and let's get moving this fall with Start Smart Sports!
Golf Lessons
Come experience the joy of learning the great game of golf. Your child will get to the basics of putting, chipping, and full swing while making new friends. Golf promotes patience, perseverance, sportsmanship, and confidnece, and it's one of the few sports that be played for a lifetime. Coach Andy is certified with U.S. Kids Golf, which specializes in making the game fun and allowing each participant to learn at their own pace

If you are looking for Tennis training at any age, we partner with Wessen to give residents the best opportunity for growth and development. They offer everything from learn to play programs to competition driven clinics and lessons.

Camps
Viking Football Camp
This football camp introduces campers to the fundamentals, skills, drills and terminology that will be used at the middle and high school level. Campers will gain a better understanding of offensive and defensive positions, formations and plays, as well as learn proper techniques for catching, running, and throwing the football, as well as blocking and form tackling. On Thursday, all campers will participate in a Punt/Pass/Kick contest and a 7 on 7 competitive tournament. Bring cleats and water bottle.
Rochester Wrestling Camp
This camp is meant for anyone interested in either learning about wrestling or want to advance their skills in wrestling. No experience is required. We will offer instruction designed specifically for beginning, intermediate, and advanced wrestlers. We will teach stance, takedowns, reversals, pinning combinations, and other skills related to success on the wrestling mat. We will also talk about training and nutrition. Time will be built into the camp to offer kids the opportunity to play games and participate in other fun activities. On the last day of camp, we will have a simulated dual meet between campers.
