Youth Softball/Baseball/Tball

MI Premiere Softball The RARA Softball Clinic is facilitated by MI Premiere softball. Coach Tiffany Worthy-Deering (Owner) is a former University of Michigan Softball Player and is extremely passionate about the sport of softball. She utilizes her experience and knowledge helping to train and develop the potential of young aspiring female athlete.

This recreational program is designed for organized play to develop a love for the sport. Teams are formed by location in or outside the community, generally from the nearest elementary school, school listed in our recreation software, and if no other students from the elementary school are listed, filtered up through the local middle school and high school the child will attend within the community. It is a great way to build friendships for both participants and parents and strengthens relationships with familiar faces they will see in local neighborhoods and schools.
Coed T-Ball - For ages 4-6. Players will receive a hat, custom jerseys, picture day, and a great participation award. Teams will be organized by what school the player attends or will attend.
Tball Schedule Fall 2023
Coach Pitch Softball - For ages 8 and under. This league is designed with an instructional format with volunteer coaches who pitch from 25 feet to their teams throughout the season. This division practices on Monday evenings and play games on Wednesday evenings. Players will receive a hat, MLB league custom jerseys, socks, picture day and a great participation award!
Coed Coach Pitch Baseball - For ages 8 and under. This league is designed with an instructional format with volunteer coaches who pitch from 25 feet to their teams throughout the season. This division will practice on Tuesday evenings and play games on Thursday evenings. Players will receive a hat, MLB league custom jerseys, socks, picture day and a great participation award.
Coed Coach Pitch Baseball Schedule Fall 2023
10U Modified Kid Pitch Softball - This league follows a modified kid pitch rule. The pitching distance is 35'. This division will use an 11" ball. This division practices on Monday evenings and play games on Wednesday evenings. Players will receive a hat, MLB league custom jerseys, custom pants, socks, belt and picture day.
10U Modified Kid Pitch Baseball - This league follows a modified kid pitch rule. This division practices on Tuesday evenings and plays games on Thursday evenings. Players will receive a hat, MLB league custom jerseys, custom pants, socks, belt and picture day.
Volunteer coaches are needed. Coaches receive hats and team jerseys.

Rules

RARA will be facilitating the 2024 season scheduling for NOBF. Registration will be managed through our recreation software and scheduling will be run through our systems. In addition to the normal season, we will be hosting 2 tournaments through USSSA Michigan for NOBF teams and outside teams and coordinating some additional opportunities for teams to use indoor facilities in the future.

Stoney Creek Baseball Camp
Come learn baseball fundamentals with current and former Stoney Creek High School players and current coaching staff. Players, grades 4th-9th, will be grouped by age and skill level. Bring gloves, bats, helmet,any other relevant baseball gear and a water bottle. Camp T-shirt is provided with registration.
Rochester Baseball Camp
The Rochester Baseball Program will be conducting an instructional camp for kids ages 6 years old to 9th Grade. Instruction will be led by the Rochester High School Coaching Staff and the Rochester High Varsity Baseball team as well as some RHS Baseball Alumni and current college players. All players will be grouped by age to ensure the appropriate level of instruction and the areas of focus will be: Hitting, Fielding(Infield & Outfield), Pitching & Base Running
Players should dress in baseball attire and bring their baseball bats and mitts. All players will receive a t-shirt at the end of camp.
