Families of the Rochester Avon Recreation Authority (RARA):
We are currently working on our re-engagement strategy with plans to open both facilities and programs to the public utilizing best practices and procedures currently being established through our many partners at the National, Regional, and Local level. Our goal is to begin programming as we move into Phase 4 of the MI Safe Start Plan.
As part of our reopening we will be requiring participants to sign a new waiver, CLICK HERE. Participants will be required to submit to a daily health screening which includes temperature checks prior to and during activity and a verbal questionaire regarding symptoms, known contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19, along with out of state travel over the past 14 days for members in your household.

If you are already registered for an upcoming program, expect an email from our staff with regard to specific procedures and dates for re-engagement. Follow us on social media @RARArecreation for the most current news and updates.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to develop our plans to ensure a safe environment for our community to engage in recreation. Please continue to use social distancing as we get closer to re-opening as our ability to provide services depends on a continued decrease of Covid-19 cases in Region 1.
